DL-Tartaric Acid
DL-Tartaric Acid is a white crystalline powder with the chemical formula C₄H₆O₆, readily soluble in water and alcohol. It is stable under normal conditions and exhibits typical acidic properties, making it suitable for buffering and chelating applications.
As an antioxidant added to food, it can give food a sour taste. The largest use of tartaric acid is beverage additives.
Stockpiled at the ventilated place, avoiding rain, moisture and insolation. Please handle with care to prevent bag damage, store away from toxic substances.
